The nation’s biggest coalminer, Glencore, says railway owner Aurizon’s threat to cut 20 million tonnes of Queensland coking coal export capacity is already starting to limit shipments of Australia’s second-biggest export and questioned whether Aurizon had contracted more coal than the system could handle.
