Train Crew Reforms Information Sessions

In July RailCorp indicated that it wanted to implement a number of items that would impact Loco Division members employed by RailCorp.

As a result the union asked RailCorp to provide a list of all current work practices that will be impacted by the changes in order to investigate whether they affect pay and conditions of employment. As yet RailCorp has not responded.

In the meantime, Bob Newham – Passenger Organiser RailCorp – is conducting a series of information sessions about the issue. He has already been to Central, Mortdale, Flemington, Hornsby, Penrith and Campbelltown depots and has set these upcoming dates for other locations:

Blacktown Tuesday September 20 at 9am and 12 noon.

Auburn Maintenance Centre Wednesday September 21 at 2.30pm.

Wollongong Thursday September 23 at 10am and 2.30pm.

Eveleigh Wednesday September 28 at 8.30am.

Central Friday September 30 at 10am and 2pm.
