SPACE principles out in orbit

This week’s Safety Critical Document [SCD] Distribution packs for the train crew at Cronulla Depot have turned up at the Commonwealth Bank branch at Miranda, according to reports.

Once the bank officials opened this important safety documentation and realised who it was actually meant for, they contacted the Cronulla Duty Manager and made arrangements to have it collected.

It begs the question, if this can happen to SCD packs, what other safety related or personnel details are being sent all over town?
