Same job, same pay!

Labour hire firms are ripping off workers with low wages and poor working conditions and it must be stopped.

For some job-seekers, labour hire firms can an opportunity to take up flexible working arrangements, or can be seen as a stepping stone to more permanent work. However, in reality, labour hire firms are a model for worker exploitation through cheap wages, insecure work and substandard working conditions, if any.

We welcome the Labor pledge to legislate (if it wins the next federal election) to ensure workers employed through a labour hire company get the same pay and conditions as workers hired directly by companies.

This is what we call, Changing the Rules!
