PN’s ludicrous decision to come after RTBU Members’ rights and conditions in the midst of a global pandemic has seen you – the workers – galvanise. We welcome the new members that have joined the RTBU and congratulate everyone who have signed the petition.

Nearly 1,200 people have signed our petitions so far – 900 signatures in less than 24 hours on our National petition and close to 300 on the Queensland PN Coal petition. Spread the word and get every PN RTBU Member to sign.

At the moment PN are seeking wholesale changes to the QLD Coal EA, the NSW Coal and Bulk EA and the National Intermodal EA, which is nearly 1,700 Members.

WHERE WILL IT END?

THE RTBU POSITION IS CLEAR

PN RTBU Members have made their position very clear:

1. We will not accept PN’s proposed slashing of Wages and Conditions from the current Enterprise Agreements
2. We are willing to talk to PN about possible changes to work arrangements into the future if the need arises, and
3. PN need to take their proposed changes off the table and come back to the RTBU and explain their position.

Dictating wholesale changes to their Employees IS NOT negotiating in good faith.
