Visit the Pacific National – the latest
The RTBU met with Pacific National recently to discuss the company’s business integration program, and to clarify reports about more job loss.
There were a number of very interesting outcomes from the meeting including that the company’s redundancy program are a result of the existing business integration process; that the company’s review of administrative and finance functions has been completed; and that management is looking at ways to reduce overtime in some units and undertime in others, which could include cross-divisional flexibility in rostering.
