First Negotiation Meeting Held

Earlier this week your RTBU Negotiation Team has met with PN NSW/ VIC to progress negotiations for the new EA.

PN announced that as far as they were concerned the EA will be named Pacific National Bulk Rail EA 2017. They provided the group with a further overview of what they seen as the challenges ahead and provided your delegates with a draft “Concept” document on what the company considers Part A clauses. (Part A being common conditions for all classifications). They advised classification specific sections will be provided at a later date.
