International Workers Day

This Saturday April 28 is the International Day of Mourning, remembering workers who have been injured or killed on the job. The event will be held at between 10am and 11am at Blacktown Showground. The Hon. Wayne Swan MP, Member for Lilley as well as Michelle Rowland MP, Member for Greenway will be attending.

There is also an event being held in Newcastle on Memorial Stone Wharf Rd, Newcastle Foreshore, 12pm Memorial.
