Competency Assurance dispute

The RTBU and the Locomotive Division are currently in dispute about the competency assurance process and consultation in relation to driver and trainee assessment tools.

Other divisions/classifications Guards and OSM’s are also in dispute.

Members will be kept informed as the matter progresses. Please advise head office concerning any issues around Competency Assurance.
