Aurizon Coal Newsflash – Members win the right to hold the ballot

Monday 16th July at 4pm, Senior Deputy Commissioner Hamberger granted an order (see attached) giving permission for the Australian Electoral Commission to conduct a Protected Action Ballot of members of the Australian Rail, Tram & Bus Industry Union (RTBU) covered under the proposed Aurizon NSW Coal Operations Enterprise Agreement 2018.
