“Respectful Workplace Behaviours” eLearning Module

The Locomotive Division wishes to inform Members that Sydney Trains has begun rolling out an eLearning module for those within the Train Crewing Directorate.

The module addresses “Respectful Workplace Behaviours” and was
developed following feedback on the “People Matter Employee
Survey” in conjunction with Drivers, Guards and the RTBU.

Employees have until 11 July to complete the module via Equip. We encourage all Members to complete this training on work time and request that Members liaise with their shift managers to ensure this can be accommodated.

Should any employee choose to complete the module in their own
time, they are entitled to a payment of 30 minutes non-subject. Members requiring any more information please contact your local delegate or Locomotive Division Head Office.
