Union rep returned to work at PN Coal
A union representative at PN coal in the Hunter Valley has been returned to work after a review found that the allegations leading to his initial stand down were unfounded.
The Loco Division rep was stood down five weeks ago following a meeting with management regarding a worker injury.
The RTBU has been working hard over the past few weeks with the representative in question to ensure that his rights were upheld and is pleased to see PN Coal return him to work.
The RTBU encourages any member to inform the union of any instances of employees being stood aside for unfair or unfounded reasons.
