Union election results are in…

The results of the union elections for the National Office positions and the NSW Loco Division are in. Congratulations to everyone elected to a leadership role within the union.

Among those elected include:

Keith McMahon who was re-elected Assistant National Secretary, Locomotive Division

Bob Hayden, Doug Klineberg and Chris Preston who were elected as NSW Branch Delegates to National Council.

The Loco Division would like to congratulate everyone who stood for positions, particularly those who were successful. A strong union needs strong leaders – and we have that with the current team.

There were a number of positions which were not filled during the election period. A recall election for those positions will be called by the Australian Electoral Commission very shortly.
