Southern Shorthaul Railway – Agreement Update

Members are advised that following a telephone hook up with the Company last week the major outstanding item of DutyFree (Green) Days remains outstanding.

Whilst the Locomotive Division have continued to argue for the claim as endorsed by members regarding multiple Duty-Free (Green) Days, ‘not being able work prior to 0600 on the day following a Duty-Free (Green) Day, the Company have now proposed the following for Multiple Duty-Free (Green) Days.
