Southern Shorthaul EA in final stages

The Southern Shorthaul Rail Enterprise Agreement is almost ready to go out to members for voting. The agreement is in its final stages and is just waiting on ratification from the legal teams.

The new EA won’t vary substantially from the past agreement, but it will ensure all clauses are brought up to industry standard.
