Redundancy process forces dispute at PN

With all business divisions of Pacific National calling for redundancies, the RTBU is now in dispute with the company.

Pacific National has shown a complete disregard for the consultation enterprise agreement processes, and as a result, the union has been left with no choice but to go down this path.

At a meeting with PN senior managers yesterday, the company failed to provide evidence to show why these redundancies are necessary and genuine.
