Rail Entities update: Beware the captive employee meeting

All level 4 senior managers have been told to have “one-to-one and on-to-few meetings” with employees in an attempt to pressure members to agree to five agreements rather then the single agreement the union are arguing for.

The move is disrespectful of employees’ right to freely participate in an open and honest bargaining process unhindered by harassment from employers, The Combined Rail Unions consider this to be another instance of the rail entities failing to negotiate in good faith.
