Rail Entities – outstanding issues

Rail Entities looks likely to push for members covered by the Rail Entities enterprise agreement to vote on the agreement in the near future.

The push from Rail Entities to finalise the agreements comes despite the fact that a number of issues contained in the Combined Rail Unions log of claims remain unresolved.

Until these issues are resolved and a final position has been endorsed by the membership, it’s important to note that the Combined Rail Union team will not support a ballot.

The union team will not allow members to be bullied into accepting an agreement that still contains a number of unresolved issues.
