QUBE Enterprise Agreement update- 22 Feb

Members should be aware that a Good Faith Bargaining Conference occurred, following the application filed by the RTBU Locomotive Division, before Deputy President Cross last Monday 19 February 2024. 

As a result, QUBE has been directed to provide some of the financial information that had been requested by 26 February 2024 and the parties directed to attend a bargaining meeting involving the RTBU Locomotive Division, the RTBU Delegates, and QUBE Management. 

We can confirm that a bargaining meeting has now been scheduled for 7 March 2024 and as always, members will be kept informed of these discussions. 

In other Legal News, the closing submissions of QUBE’s application to vary the last 2 Enterprise Agreements was heard in the Fair Work Commission on 14 February 2024 and we await an outcome.
