QUBE EBA update

The negotiating committee met with QUBE management in June to discuss the latest on the enterprise agreement negotiations.

At the time, the company put forward a wage offer which members have since decided is completely unacceptable.

Members made the decision to take a revised offer back to the company at meetings held across the state in July, and the union reps have since formally written to the company advising management of the revised proposed. Unfortunately, the company rejected it outright then and there,

The parties have now agreed to meet again on 3 September to further progress the negotiations.
