Qube and Brookfield teaming up?

The Asciano/QUBE/Brookfield love triangle is continuing.

After last week announcing that they were going with the Qube Consortium’s bid, the Asciano Board has this week indicated that Qube and Brookfield have now decided to team up and develop a joint bid for 100% of Asciano.

The talks are in the early stages and there is no formal agreement between Brookfield and Qube as yet, but the joint move is looking increasingly likely at this stage.

Only one thing is for certain at the moment – keeping up with this saga is not easy!
