Pacific National recently notified of its intention to start enterprise agreement negotiations to replace the four current agreements.
Unfortunately PN, at the time of notification, decided to exclude a number of employees from EA coverage and/or move some employees from one agreement to another.
After considering what is the best option for our members, and extensively consulting with our local delegates, the RTBU have put the following to the company and has asked for a response by the 14th of June;
“We seek one Pacific National Enterprise Agreement 2017 a (National Agreement) which would include common conditions in Part A and would be read in conjunction with subsequent Divisional Parts. Combining the agreements would provide for greater efficiencies moving forward rather than having 4 separate agreements.”
