PN Coal EA gets approval

After a long campaign, the Pacific National Coal enterprise agreement will finally come into force next week.

The agreement was given the final tick of approval today by the Fair Work Commission and will come into effect in seven days on the 27th of June.

Congratulations to Pacific National members and the union negotiating team who stood together throughout the campaign – in the end achieving an agreement that was voted up by an overwhelming 88 per cent of workers.
