Pacific National Victoria

Negotiations are underway for a new EBA covering Pacific National Victoria. The PN Division was previously owned by Freight Australia and covers a number of employees in NSW as well as Victoria.

The previous agreement expired at the end of December 2010.

Negotiations on Part A are nearly complete – apart from the redundancy package and medical provisions. In a departure from tradition, PN Victoria is offering employees a medical payment of $1,000, to compensate for the fasting payment.

PN will still pay for all medical expenses up to determination and any travel expenses. PN have put this as an offer and we are awaiting on members view on this before we endorse it into the EA.
