GWA FLAUS Agreement – Superannuation Payments Dispute

After recent negotiations, FLAUS Enterprise agreement delegates disputed that the company was failing to pay Superannuation on overtime as outlined in the agreement and its predecessors.

GWA have since agreed that payment is due under the current agreement and has agreed they will pay from the date the agreement came in, however have not agreed to pay on previous agreements because they claim the dispute was lodged under the current enterprise agreement and therefore does not apply to past agreements.

The RTBU Locomotive Division is seeking further legal advice on this matter and will progress the dispute once we have received and considered the advice.
