Go in the ballot for the RTBU holiday park over Christmas!
Located on the waterfront in Jervis Bay, the RTBU holiday park is the perfect spot to spend a holiday with family and friends.
The Christmas period is always a highly sought after time of year, so to ensure everyone has a fair chance of snapping up the prime period, a ballot will be held on Friday 27th September at noon to decide who will spend the Christmas period (Saturday 21 December 2013 to 25th January 2014) at the resort.
To ensure you’re in the ballot, simply fill out the nomination form attached here and send it through to Petroni Corera in the union office.
The cost for this period is $587.90 per week (including GST) and bookings are restricted to financial RTBU members on the basis of one unit per member for a minimum of one week and a maximum of two weeks.
The fully self-contained two bedroom (plus sleep out) brick units sleep up to six people. The fully furnished units also have security screen doors, storm shutters, remote control TV sets and microwave ovens. Amenities include a tennis court and covered BBQ area.
In the event of cancellation, no deposits will be refunded unless 10 days notice is given. Units cannot be booked for non-members and proof of membership will be required on arrival.
Application to the ballot must be made in writing, but you can call Petroni with an enquiries about the holiday resort on (02) 9264 2511.
While Christmas, public and school holidays are much sought after; members may like to take advantage of the special rates form July until September. Even in winter, the union facility is a wonderful place for a holiday.
