FWA approves PN Intermodal ballot

The union’s application for a Protected Action Ballot for Pacific National Intermodal train crew was today approved by Fair Work Australia.

Negotiations for the new EA have been ongoing for over 12 months.

The Loco Division is urging all members to vote ‘yes’ in every option in the ballot paper. This does not mean the actions will be used, rather just that the option is open to members.

The ballot paper will arrive with members in the very near future.
