PN Intermodal Members Parkes are advised:

The Pacific National Enterprise Agreement for PNI has now been ratified by Fair Work Commission (FWC).

It is your legal contract of employment between you and Pacific National. In particular, the only recognised enforceable Depot Specific Local Agreements are contained in the Enterprise Agreement.

There is no ability to create or make up additional Local Agreements outside those already contained within the EA. For any local agreement to be legally enforceable it MUST be agreed to, and contained within the EA.
