Drivers should ensure that they always work within the agreed shifts limits of their industrial agreements and certainly never outside of the legislated shift limits.

Members are encouraged that in the event of a shift breach, they are to notify their employer and have them accept responsibility for the breach; members are also encouraged to complete this form.
