Berowra toilet debacle rectified

After weeks of being forced to seek permission to use the toilet, a tough stance by members at Berowra has finally seen common sense prevail and the issue resolved.

During a recent refurbishment of the facilities at Berowra platform, a new amenity was installed with an electronic lock that could only be accessed station staff.

This forced drivers and other staff to seek permission each time they needed to use the amenities.

However thanks to the strong will of members and delegates in the area who continually raised the issue with management, the problem has finally been resolved and a bi-lock put in place for easier access.

The win is just a small indication of what can be achieved when members and delegates unite for a cause.
