Fee increase

Over the last few years your union has been able to achieve an average wage increases of 3 per cent for the majority of members. This has been a good outcome in a very difficult environment and we will always work hard on your behalf to achieve better pay and better conditions.

In line with this, and RTBU/Divisional policy, from the first of July this year fee’s will increases slightly as outlined below, with the last increase being in 2013.

The new rates will be:

Full-time

Fortnightly – $25.05 (an increase of 60c)

Quarterly – $162.85 (an increase of $3.90)

Yearly – $651.30 (an increase of $15.60)

Casual

Fortnightly – $14.75 (an increase of 60c)

Quarterly – $95.90 (an increase of $3.90)

Yearly – $385.50 (an increase of $15.60)

The small increase will allow us to continue to support you at work and to continue to strengthen and grow our union.
