RTBU joins Bust the Budget rallies

RTBU members were among the tens of thousands of people who turned out to Bust the Budget rallies across the country last weekend.

Workers and families at the rallies called on Tony Abbott to keep Australia fair and dump his vision of a harsher, less equal Australia.

Loco Division Secretary Bob Hayden said the rallies, which came as a result of the recent federal budget, were a sign that Australians are worried the Federal Government’s policies are creating rising inequality and a working poor.
