El Zorro super payments stalled

The Loco Division is speaking to its legal representatives following El Zorro’s failure to pay superannuation entitlements to members.

The Division has been in discussions with the company about the super payments for some time after the union was made aware the company had failed to make the full super contributions for the December payment period.

The company has now paid the super contribution for the February – March period.

The Loco Division is committed to protecting members entitlements and is working to get the superannuation issue sorted as quickly as possible.
