Pacific National Bulk Rail NSW Enterprise Agreement 2027 

 Preparations have now started for your replacement Enterprise Agreement. 

RTBU members will directly shape the next Agreement through the responses of the bargaining survey. It is vital that every member has their say and the only way to do that is to complete the Survey.

The survey is open now and will close at 5pm on Thursday 30 April 2026. 

It is important that all members take the time to complete the survey and provide as much detail as possible. Your input is critical to building strong, member-led claims as we head into the next round of negotiations. 

It is also vitally important that you ask your fellow work mates if they have completed the survey. The more surveys completed will give the Negotiation Team a full understanding of what is important to you. 

Once responses are compiled, the Negotiating Team will conduct a full statewide depot tour to present the proposed Log of Claims and seek member endorsement before bargaining formally begins. 

If you are not yet a member, now is the time to join. The only way to win better pay and conditions is by standing together and bargaining collectively. As the saying goes, divided we beg, united we bargain. 

Don’t sit on the sidelines while others do the hard work, join the Union and be part of the campaign to secure an Agreement we can all be proud of.
