QUBE EA Negotiations Update

On Tuesday, November 13th, the RTBU Locomotive Division delegates and officials met with QUBE Management at their office in Cooks River to continue negotiating your Enterprise Agreement.

While both parties are aiming to have an in-principle agreement before the current Enterprise Agreement expires, there is still a long way to go. During this meeting, both parties worked through your current Enterprise Agreement to see what can be agreed and not agreed.

While we have agreed to some minor or clarification of some clauses, to make them clearer, the major items, such as rostering, duty cycle and pay increases, will be discussed more thoroughly at our next meeting proposed for the 29th November 2018.
