Vale John Sotiriou

The Loco Division is mourning the loss of long standing delegate and current Assistant Secretary, Passenger Division, John Sotiriou.

John passed away on Sunday 24 April 2016.

John has been a valued member of the Loco Division for many years, whose commitment to improving the safety and rights of members is unparalleled. Most of all, however, he has been great mate, friend and work colleague to many in the industry.

He will be sadly missed by all.

John will be buried at Rookwood cemetery following the service all welcome to accompany John to the burial.

Wake will be back at the church in the hall.

 John’s family has asked that those who can attend do so in full uniform.
