Rail Entities – further negotiation

The Combined Rail Union representatives met with Rail Entities management recently in an attempt to reduce the number of matters currently in dispute.

Among the matters up for discussion were the facilitation clause; the forced redundancy clause; salary maintenance and the terms of agreement.

The next negotiations between the parties is scheduled for Monday 26 May and a report back before the Fair Work Commission will take place at 4pm on the 27^th May.
