QUBE – EA tour update

QUBE management and the Loco Division have been unable to reach agreement at the table for a replacement enterprise agreement. The company has advised that they will be taking their agreement out to employees, regardless of the RTBU Locomotive Division’s and your Delegates’ position on the Agreement.

As a result of the company’s decision to proceed with a vote on their agreement without first reaching agreement with your RTBU Negotiating Team, we are unable to support the agreement as proposed by the company.
