PN Coal pay correction…finally

Months after it was first raised by the Loco Division, Pacific National Coal management has finally agreed to increase the meal allowances and temporary transfer payments as per the enterprise agreement.

The company has confirmed it will also back pay the amounts owed.

Pacific National failed to increase expenses in line with the ATO guidelines starting from financial year 2012 / 2013. The company has advised payments will be made in the 2nd June pay run and has also advised full details will be provided to employees this week.
