PN Coal and Intermodal Agreements near voting
Pacific National Intermodal and Coal Enterprise Agreements are nearing in-principle agreement, with the union and company in the process of finalising a number of final outstanding issues.
Both the Coal and Intermodal agreements are in the process of being drafted, and will then be sent out to members to commence the formal information and voting process.
Positive developments include the company agreeing that the new drug and alcohol testing policy and the change to the discipline procedure will now apply access all PN Rail Division.
The Union has also been successful in getting agreement for all business groups to pay for the first BMI and Sleep Apnea test, should an employee be required to get one as a result of the new National Medical Standards.
