My Success At Work revived

Sydney Trains is claiming the last My Success at Work trial was an overwhelming success, so it’s bringing it back.

The My Success at Work concept was trialed in the North Sydney and Cronulla Depots back in 2014.

At a recent meeting, Sydney Trains outlined its plans to do a complete roll out to all train crew. For drivers, this will commence from December 2016. Drivers will be requested to sit down with their shift manager, have a conversation, and complete a questionnaire to help set goals specific to your role within Sydney Trains and the ways that you think you can improve.

It will be then reviewed on an individual basis after 12 months, when you will then start all over again.
