Have you taken the latest Sydney Trains survey?

The Loco Division has launched another survey to help gauge members’ views on the important Sydney Trains reform issues.

The responses so far (around 400 members have responded) show that sectorisation isn’t a popular proposition; members believe it’s important that content/workload of a diagram is factored into fatigue management systems; and that the application of life up/lay back and mileage payments should be the same for all drivers.

Members are more split on the issues of whether there are circumstances in which they’d be prepared to consider an increase in mileage, the cab and security allowance, and the lift up/lay back hours system.
