ETR REUNION

Saturday January 21st saw the second annual ETR Reunion held at Lidcombe Bowling Club.

The day organised by Gosford Driver Garry Durrant and his wife Margaret was an overwhelming success with close to 200 current and retired ETR employees coming together to have a drink and share a yarn.

In addition to the wealth of experience and stories was an estimated 5600 years of combined railway service.

RTBU Branch and Locomotive Division representatives/Delegates were in attendance and were put to working manning the barbeque to feed the hungry masses.

After such a great gathering next year’s event is sure to be even bigger.
