Visit the ARTC protected industrial action ballot
The Fair Work Commission has given the go-ahead for a secret ballot on protected industrial action for members covered by the ARTC NSW enterprise agreement.
The AEC is now preparing to conduct the ballot, and will soon be posting a ballot paper through to union members.
Only union members are able to participate in the ballot Any non-union members wishing to be involved in the vote need to join before the roll closes, on Friday 24 June.
The combined ARTC unions are recommending a ‘yes’ vote to all options.
While this does not directly include Loco Division members, the Loco Division offers our full support to the members of the combined unions in seeking a fair and reasonable outcome to negotiations.
